buyhercandy: Pretty much the twee, UK-focused version of Pitchfork’s list. Not bad - Is This It is number one, and Up the Bracket number two - but there are a few glaring omissions. Franz Ferdinand, anyone? at a quick glance…can’t believe which radiohead is highest…they really love the streets…not sure if the strokes deserve the #1 spot.
